Implant Coordinator / Practice Ambassador
McClennon facilitates all implant information between our patients, Dr. Capes and our referring doctors. She serves as our patients’ personal liaison to provide the best care possible throughout the implant treatment process. McClennon is unique to our practice in that she maintains a constant relationship with each referring office. She is here to answer any questions regarding the implant treatment process or office policies.
Connie has thirty years of dental experience. She reviews all treatment plans and makes financial arrangements that work best for our patients. She is knowledgeable in insurance and financial policies as they relate to various surgical treatments. Connie is also the one who schedules each patient’s surgery.
Shelly is the first person our patients see at Coastal Oral Surgery. She is able to answer any questions regarding scheduling, appointment preparation, and office policies. She is knowledgeable of our services and is able to schedule the appropriate appointments and works closely with each referring doctor. Shelly also helps in guiding people through all of our website resources, including online patient registration, video tutorials, and directions to our facility.
Jesselley works closely with our patients to maximize insurance benefits and create payment plans that works for each individual. She is our full time billing and insurance specialist. She can answer your questions regarding insurance providers and benefit levels. Jesselley also works up front, assisting in scheduling appointments and answering any questions regarding our practice.

The surgical staff at Coastal Oral Surgery are highly experienced in IV sedation, administration of anesthesia, and all aspects of infection control within our state of the art facility. All staff members are CPR certified annually and are required to pass the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Anesthesia Assistants Program. Erin and Kim assist Dr. Capes in making our patients feel comfortable in all consultations, surgeries, and post-operative care.
