Meet The Staff Of Coastal Oral Surgery
Connie has thirty years of dental experience and has been with Coastal Oral Surgery since 1999. She reviews all treatment plans and makes financial arrangements that work best for our patients. She is knowledgeable in insurance and financial policies as they relate to various surgical treatments. Connie is also the one who schedules each patient’s surgery.
Shelly is the first person our patients see at Coastal Oral Surgery and has been with us since 2002. She is able to answer any questions regarding scheduling, appointment preparation, and office policies. She is knowledgeable of our services and is able to schedule the appropriate appointments and works closely with each referring doctor. Shelly also helps in guiding people through all of our website resources, including online patient registration, video tutorials, and directions to our facility.
Jesselley works closely with our patients to maximize insurance benefits and create payment plans that works for each individual. She is our full time billing and insurance specialist, having worked with Dr. Capes since 2009. She can answer your questions regarding insurance providers and benefit levels. Jesselley also works up front, assisting in scheduling appointments and answering any questions regarding our practice.
Marketing Coordinator / Front Office
Alise has worked closely with Dr. Capes since 2016 to coordinate all things marketing in our office- including referral and online marketing. If you were referred by your general dentist, they have most likely worked with Alise and used the tools (like this website!) she has created to make the most of their referral and of course, your visit. From time to time, Alise also helps in our front office with scheduling and check outs.
