Oral surgery naturally is not one of life's most delightful of experiences but the treatment I received, both personally and professionally, definitely made it much more bearable! (Note: You might want to change "Addictional" above to "Additional"! Unless, of course, you do deal with addiction on the side; although I cannot imagine anyone, however friendly you folks are, becoming addicted to oral surgery!)
