New Patient Visit to Coastal Oral Surgery

At Coastal Oral Surgery, we believe in building relationships with our patients. At your initial appointment, you will meet with Dr. Monto. At this time, we will take all necessary images, and your doctor will perform a complete oral examination. During the consultation, we will review all of your options and discuss a treatment plan customized specifically for you.

Our staff wants to make this visit as smooth and efficient as possible. We ask that you complete the patient registration available here (Patient Registration). Please bring a photo I.D. and any dental and/or medical insurance information. If the patient is under the age of 18, we do require a parent or legal guardian to be present on this day.
