New Patient Visit to Coastal Oral Surgery

Your Oral Surgeons in St. Simons Island & St. Marys

At Coastal Oral Surgery, we believe in building relationships with our patients. At your initial appointment, you will meet with Dr. Capes and our team. At this time we will take all necessary images and Dr. Capes will perform a complete oral examination. During your consultation, Dr. Capes will review all of your options and discuss a treatment plan customized specifically for you.

Our staff wants to make this visit as smooth and efficient as possible. We ask that you complete the patient registration available here (Patient Registration). Please bring a photo I.D. and any dental and/or medical insurance information.

If the patient is under the age of 18 we do require a parent or legal guardian to be present on this day.
