Had 2 implants and a bridge in the front upper fell out because of failed implant abutments had another implant which now made it 3 implants this implant came loose and the healing screw abutment fell out. I asked for my records so I could show the dentist who would do the bridge and materials he woul need and they denied me my records. It is now approximately a year and still no teeth. My dentist called them while I was in their office and told them what he wanted it has been over a month since he called and no records. I believe they did this because I didnt use a dentist he reccomended. It is a state law they are to give you your records. I originally gave them a 5 star rating after a year and no teeth I changed it. When the bridge fell out and I first went to him he said talking about the bridge I will jeep that for you didnt think much about it but got to thinking I would like to get the bridge back so I could match up my teeth color. So I called them and asked for them they left me hanging on the phone when they came back they said what do you want them for???????? Grilling why I wanted my bridge back. Why would they not want to give it back to me????By keeping you under their thumb they get their kickbacks from each other. They can also hide their mistakes it is okay to make a mistake but own up to it Thanks for reading Toothless on Georgia
