I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Capes yesterday. It was my first surgery ever and I was very scared, as most are. Their staff was friendly and accommodating during every step of the process, from the time you walk in the door, until they wheel you out of the building. One of the nurses said so many nice things to comfort me and ease my mind as I was very nervous. She literally even wiped my tears away. She was very kind. Dr. Capes has a friendly and calming demeanor and helped me feel at ease as well. He and his staff are extremely professional. I was out like a light and have no recollection of anything. I think the whole surgery took maybe 15 minutes, and they gave me a cool T-shirt and wheeled me out of there. The financial aspect of the procedure was much more affordable than any other oral surgeon I spoke with. They were willing to work with us, our insurance company, and on top of that we were given a military discount as my husband is in the USMC. We ended up paying significantly less than any other place we looked into. I would never go anywhere else. It’s one day after my surgery and I have no swelling and minimal pain. Thanks for making a scary experience as enjoyable as it could be.
