Was extremely unprofessional, hateful and rude... when he had to meet my mom at 7 am at his office and he actually was late, yet he was the one rude...what happen to doctors being on call? And one of his office staff left the front door unlocked when my dad opened it the alarm went off... this is another reason why Dr Capes behaved the way he did to her. Really?? NO EXCUSE! You owe them AN APOLOGY!

This is what a healthcare practice should be like! Dr. Capes not only provides high quality care, he does so in a low-key, friendly, down to earth manner - no evidence of a big ego here. And if you're a reasonably astute patient, you can indeed find healthcare providers who are both excellent and personable, it's becoming more and more challenging to find medical/dental office practices where the logistics are both efficient and patient-friendly. Not a problem here, their "systems" are really, really good. Essentially paperless (yes, you can get paper if you need/want), but they function like a finely tuned technology machine. Radiographic images, patient notes, even what you sign to acknowledge receipts of instructions, etc. - all done electronically. Can't say enough good things about the total start-to-finish of my care here.
