I had a great consultation with Dr. Capes. When I arrived for my consultation the entire office staff was very welcoming, and along with my consultation, Dr. Capes was very nice and easy to talk to. He answered every concern of mine, and was very straight forward. I highly recommend Dr. Capes if you need any oral procedures.

Absolutely the Best experience at a medical office ever!! From the front office staff, to the medical assistant, to the billing department, everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Capes took time to explain everything to my daughter and was very kind.

Can't say there's much I like about this place other than I was quickly able to get an appointment only to be turned away day of the appointment due to rules on covid testing. Staff Stacy was awesome each time we spoke can't say the same about the one who turned me away maybe she was having an off day could have been more understanding of the patients plight losing a day of work. Just acknowledge what patient is saying even though this acknowledgement will not change the rules. He came highly recommended but will never know personality as I found another local surgeon same day that got me in quickly. Hope this helps. Ask about covid testing before going because it is not in their paperwork and this oversight proved to be a waste of time for me not knowing policy in advance. Follow up: Doctor promptly called and explained the policy and apologized for the confusion. With such detail and follow thru in the future I would definitely give them another try.

If I could give more than a five star review I would!!!! I can't say enough about how professional and friendly the staff and Dr. Capes are, my step-daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled Monday. The whole process was very smooth and timely. I would highly recommend Dr. Capes and his staff for any oral surgery you may need.
