He inadvertently removed a molar for not taking time to make sure it needed extraction. Too busy trying to place implants, does not want anything out of that realm seems like. Would not even make eye contact with me when we discovered this delimna. He shrugged his shoulders I began to cry and he walked out of the room. Totally outraged with my experience!
